A BILL to amend and reenact section one, article ten, chapter
sixty-four of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine
hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to authorizing the
development office to promulgate a legislative rule relating
to community development assessment and real property
valuation procedures for the office of coal field
development.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That section one, article ten, chapter sixty-four of the code
of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
be amended and reenacted to read as follows:
ARTICLE 10. AUTHORIZATION FOR BUREAU OF COMMERCE TO PROMULGATE









LEGISLATIVE RULES.
§64-10-1. Development office.

(a) The legislative rule filed in the state register on the tenth day of July, two thousand one, under the authority of section
five, article three-d, chapter eighteen-b of this code, relating to
the development office (workforce development initiative program),
is authorized with the following amendment:

On page four, subdivision 8.1.4 after the word "modernization"
by striking out the word "of" and inserting in lieu thereof the
word "and".

(b) The legislative rule filed in the state register on the
twenty-ninth day of July, two thousand two, authorized under the
authority of section twelve, article two-a, chapter five-b of this
code, modified by the department of environmental protection to
meet the objections of the legislative rule-making review committee
and refiled in the state register on the fourteenth day of January,
two thousand three,
relating to the department of environmental
protection (
community development assessment and real property
valuation procedures for office of coal field development
, 145 CSR
8), is authorized.

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Development
Office to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Community
Development Assessment and Real Property Valuation Procedures for
the Office of Coal Field Development.
